使用的补偿导线型号不对
同种补偿导线配同种热电偶,如果所选的补偿导线种类不对,一样产生误差。假设使用S型热电偶,选择了K型偶的补偿导线KX。
根据中间导体定律,仪表所接收的总热电势为
E′Z(T1,T2)=ES(T1,T3)+EKX(T3,T2)(10)
如果正确使用S型偶补偿导线SC,不考虑补偿导线自身误差,仪表测量的总电势为EZ(T1,T2)=ES(T1,T3)+ES(T3,T2)(11)
由于选错了补偿导线仪表测量值由此产生误差为式(10)-式(11)

如果S型热电偶工作温度为900℃,控制间环境温度为25℃,仍按照T3-T2=8℃,分别查S偶和K偶分度表,得出电势差为
EKX(T3,T2)-ES(T3,T2)=0.278mV
仪表测量温度比实际温度高。如果仪表控制在900℃时,实际值只有875.1℃,误差24.9℃。
如果上述情况又将极性接反,仪表测量值偏高,仪表显示900℃时,实际温度为933.2℃,误差33.2℃。{'kt0Z,h
